I had always worked with the name brand mortgage companies, as well as, the big banks. I was referred to EFG by my financial advisor and was very satisfied with my Loan Consultant, Burt Fitts. He set my expectations and timeline from our first meeting, to the closing table. I understand that "wholesale products" are suppose to be cheaper, but was concerned that the service I would receive would be poorer. Boy was I wrong; Burt's experience in the financial market was much more superior to anyone that I had worked with before! Not only was my rate low, my closing cost minimum, Burt educated me on the bond market, and the indexes correlated with mortgage rates.
