Josh Bibler- Co Founder

I graduated from DeVry University in 1999 with a Bachelors degree in Business Management. I worked in the technology industry before moving to Austin and becoming a licensed Insurance Agent in 2002.  I had a strong interest in the mortgage industry through my dealings in the insurance business and decided to take a job with a sub-prime Lender. That job eventually led me to work for Countrywide Home Loans in 2003. I moved up in management and that experience inspired me to start EFG in 2005. Over the past 7 years we as a company have grown into a top 20 mortgage company in Austin per the Austin Business Journal. We continue to stay ahead of the competition by offering a high level of customer service and multiple mortgage options.  We like to think that when you work with Elite Financing Group, you have your Lender for life!

Burt Fitts – Co Founder

My name is Burt Fitts, one of the two co-founder’s of Elite Financing Group. In 1999, I graduated from Southwest Texas State University, with a BBA in Finance. After starting my first company in 1999, I became a licensed Financial Advisor in 2001. Due to my strong desire for the real estate and finance industry, I moved into the mortgae industry in 2002. I became a licensed mortgae broker in 2004 and started my second company, Elite Financing Group, in 2005. My vast background in the stock market, bond market and mortgage markets, allows me to provide advice to my clients above and beyond my competitor’s.
